Spanning his youth in rural Alabama, his life-changing meeting with Dr.  Martin Luther King Jr., the birth of the Nashville Student Movement aimed at tearing down segregation through nonviolent lunch counter sit-ins, March: Book One builds to a climax on the steps of City Hall.

Free Income Tax Preparation
The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free tax help to people who generally make $53,000 or less, persons with disabilities, and the elderly and limited English speaking taxpayers who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. IRS-certified volunteers provide free basic income tax return preparation with electronic filing to qualified individuals. Assistance is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Sign up in-person at the library.  No advance reservations are accepted and no tax advice or assistance is available over the phone. Many of the common tax forms are available and free at the library and others are downloadable from the IRS Web site.

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free tax help to people who generally make $53,000 or less, persons with disabilities, and the elderly and limited English speaking taxpayers who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. IRS-certified volunteers provide free basic income tax return preparation with electronic filing to qualified individuals. Assistance is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Sign up in-person at the library.  No advance reservations are accepted and no tax advice or assistance is available over the phone. Many of the common tax forms are available and free at the library and others are downloadable from the IRS Web site.
