Fall History Lecture Series: WILL ROGERS: Humorist and Humanist
Will Rogers is most noted for his sense of humor. While he poked good-natured fun at celebrities and political figures of his day, he also pushed an increasingly populist(radical) political/social agenda that pressed for humanist values in American life and politics. Link Hullar, history professor at Lone Star College - Kingwood, will be our guest lecturer.
